Currently run leader for beginners and social club run on a Monday and Friday @ 7pm from the track car park
Coach for under 11s on a Tuesday @ 6pm and Thursday @ 7pm on the track.
Nathan says he loves to see individuals improve and has seen this over the last year or so with the Monday and Friday group. He started this group as he wanted to give something back, after being in the sport for just 5 years. He’s knocked over 20 minutes off his half marathon time and is now down to 1hr 43m. He’s pretty determined at what ever he does.
He loves a cake and chocolate bar but I think you’ll agree he’s lost a bit of weight since then and this is all down to training and entering numerous races.
